Thanks darlin. Pun counting was something my favorite teacher ever (Mr. Huth, English at Shorewood High School - he was EVERYONE's favorite teacher, I think) had us do when we read Walden. He said that Thoreau was a wicked punster -- really bad -- and I just don't want people thinking I did those on purpose...I kinda saw them afterwards.

Sorry it took me so long to get over here! I should've known you'd resume blogging when the book came out. The book came out! I can't tell you how happy I am and it looks like it's already leading to other writing gigs. I've e-mailed you a couple of times, but I know you're busy.
